Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AI Sustainable Future's sustainability reporting products at aisustainablefuture.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
AI Sustainable Future prepares sustainability reports and data from the information you provide. Our Services include:
2.1 ESG Scorecard
- Data collection through a guided form: 20 scored metrics and an optional climate-risk (TCFD) section
- ESG scores on a fixed 0-100 rubric, shown against a reference value per industry that we set for orientation (not an average of other companies' data)
- PDF report with alignment notes for major frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs)
- Recommendations based on your answers
2.2 Carbon Draft
- Spend-based carbon emissions estimates from accounting and bank exports, using activity data where you provide it
- Automated spend classification
- GHG Protocol-aligned estimates: Scope 1 and 2 (Basic), plus Scope 3 (Complete and Disclosure-Aligned Report), covering up to 8 of the 15 categories: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 where your ledger has spend in them, 3 derived from your electricity, and 12 when you enter end-of-life tonnages
- PDF report generation; the Disclosure-Aligned Report adds a calculation workbook
2.3 VSME Reports
- A done-for-you report prepared in accordance with the EU VSME standard: the filled EFRAG digital template, validated inline XBRL, the XBRL report package and a PDF, reviewed by a named person before release
- VSME orders are governed by the VSME terms at aisustainablefuture.com/vsme/terms
2.4 CBAM Data Packs
- The official EU CBAM communication template and the operator's summary emissions report, filled from your installation data and reviewed by a named person before release
2.5 BRSR Supplier Profile
- A supplier profile mapped to SEBI's BRSR Core, with a response document you can download as a PDF
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you submit. Reports are generated based on self-reported information, and we do not verify the accuracy of your submissions.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use reports to mislead investors, regulators, or other stakeholders
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our scoring algorithms
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 ESG Scorecard
- ESG Scorecard: Free. A self-assessment E/S/G scorecard with an optional climate-details (TCFD) section. No account or payment required; provided as-is under the disclaimers in Section 6.
4.2 Carbon Draft
- Carbon Draft Basic: $20. Scope 1 & 2 emissions estimate
- Carbon Draft Complete: $49. Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions estimate with data quality score
- Carbon Draft Disclosure-Aligned Report: $299. Full transaction ledger with data lineage, a calculation workbook and regulatory framework guidance
4.3 CPA Partner Program (Pack pricing)
Packs of Disclosure-Aligned Reports (single-report price $299), invoiced after your firm is approved:
- 10-pack: $1,490 ($149 per report, 50% off)
- 25-pack: $2,975 ($119 per report, 60% off)
- 50-pack: $4,950 ($99 per report, 67% off)
4.4 VSME Reports
- VSME Basic: EUR 499 per report. The Basic module (B1-B11)
- VSME Comprehensive: EUR 999 per report. The Basic module plus the Comprehensive module (C1-C9)
4.5 CBAM Data Packs
- Founding price: Rs 49,999 per installation for the first year (list price Rs 75,000), excluding GST, for the first ten exporters; invoiced by us directly
4.6 BRSR Supplier Profile
- BRSR Supplier Profile: Free to build and to download its response document
4.7 Payment and Refunds
Card payments for Carbon Draft and VSME reports are taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: Dodo takes your payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax. CPA partner packs and CBAM data packs are invoiced by us directly; a CBAM data pack is released once its invoice is paid. Prices are subject to change with notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout, in the order form you accepted, or on your invoice. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the Service fails to function as described. Contact hello@aisustainablefuture.com to request a refund review. VSME report orders have their own remedy, revision or refund, under the VSME terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Property
The Service's software, design, templates and text are owned by AI Sustainable Future and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party emission factors stay under their publishers' terms: for example, US EPA data is in the public domain, Defra / University of Leeds multipliers are used under the Open Government Licence v3.0, and CEDA by Watershed factors are used and adapted under CC BY-SA 4.0.
5.2 Your Reports
You retain ownership of the data you submit and the reports generated for your company. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sustainable Future shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sustainable Future and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted data, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our platform.
