1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Sustainable Future's ESG compliance reporting and carbon footprint estimation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Sustainable Future provides online platforms for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance reporting and carbon footprint estimation. Our Services include:

2.1 ESG Reports

Data collection through guided forms
ESG score calculation and benchmarking
PDF report generation aligned with major frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs)
Industry comparison and recommendations

2.2 Carbon Draft

Spend-based carbon emissions estimation
Automated spend classification
GHG Protocol compliant reporting (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
PDF draft report generation

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you submit. Reports are generated based on self-reported information, and we do not verify the accuracy of your submissions.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use reports to mislead investors, regulators, or other stakeholders
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our scoring algorithms
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 ESG Reports

Basic ESG Report: $20 - Standard ESG compliance report
Advanced ESG Report: $49 - Comprehensive TCFD-aligned report with climate analysis

4.2 Carbon Draft

Carbon Draft Basic: $20 - Scope 1 & 2 emissions estimate
Carbon Draft Complete: $49 - Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions estimate with data quality score
Carbon Draft Enhanced: $299 - Full transaction ledger with data lineage and regulatory framework guidance

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the Service fails to function as described.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, algorithms, templates, and content, is owned by SustainableFutureAI and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Reports

You retain ownership of the data you submit and the reports generated for your company. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimers

Important Notice - ESG Reports

Our ESG reports are NOT: external audits, guarantees of regulatory compliance, legal or financial advice, or substitutes for professional ESG consulting. Reports are based on self-reported data and should be supplemented with independent verification for regulatory filings.

Important Notice - Carbon Draft

Carbon Draft reports are ESTIMATES based on spend-based methodology using industry-average emission factors. They use AI for spend classification which may not be 100% accurate. These reports should not replace actual activity data (e.g., fuel consumption, electricity bills) for official audit or regulatory purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sustainable Future shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sustainable Future and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted data, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our platform.
