04.01What is the Partner Program today, and what is coming later?+
Today: volume pricing ($99 to $149 per report) for approved firms. You generate reports via the same /carbon-draft workflow your clients would use. Packs are invoiced directly once your application is approved, not charged at checkout: there is no self-serve pack purchase yet. Coming later (not yet built): partner dashboard with multi-client management, bulk CSV upload, firm-branded white-label PDFs.
04.02Do my clients need to create an account?+
No. You generate reports on the platform, download the finished PDF, review the methodology, and deliver to your client under your own engagement. Clients never need to log in.
04.03What data do I need from my clients?+
Their ledger export for the year. The engine reads QuickBooks transaction detail, Xero account transactions, Sage 50 audit trails, Tally day books, DATEV, SIE 4, XAF auditfiles, Yuki and bank or card statements directly, and any other CSV or Excel ledger with a date, a supplier or description and an amount. The engine classifies each line and lists any it could not identify.
04.04Can I white-label the PDF with my firm's branding?+
Partly. A report released under your firm's pack names your firm on the cover as its preparer, with our engine and its version beside it, on behalf of your client. The PDF does not carry your logo or colours.
04.05What's the revenue opportunity for my firm?+
Your fee is set by your firm. The platform cost at pack pricing is $99 to $149 per report, so on a $5,000 engagement the margin over platform cost is $4,851 at the 10-pack price, before your team's time on review, advisory and sign-off.
04.06How is this different from hiring a sustainability consultant?+
Full sustainability consultancies deliver primary activity data collection, third-party assurance coordination, target setting, often SBTi validation. Our platform delivers the underlying spend-based Scope 1, 2 and 3 screening with methodology documentation. Each report states its uncertainty: ±25-40% on spend-based factors (our engineering estimate, not a GHG Protocol figure), a range whose upper bound includes any spend it could not identify, and a warning that a misclassified row can fall outside that range. The Disclosure-Aligned tier also ships the calculation workbook (XLSX), where every tCO2e cell is a live formula over an editable factors sheet.
